The length of SleekGrip is approximately 3.93 inches (100 mm) and its width is only 0.55 inches (14 mm).
Currently, SleekGrip Original and Premium are not compatible with Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3, Z Fold4, and S22 Ultra. Our upcoming series will be compatible with these three models.

Each package includes 1 SleekGrip, 2 additional 3M adhesives, 2 auxillary films, 2 alcohol wipes, 1 installation tool.

We understand that you may get a new phone or new cases. Although the 3M adhesive is not reusable, we do include 2 extra 3M adhesives for replacement. You can also purchase additional accessory pack if needed.

The 3M adhesive can be stuck securely onto metal, wood, rubber and plastics including soft TPU and hard plastic like PC (polycarbonate). For glass or silicon surfaces, please apply the auxillary film included in the package before you attach SleekGrip to help it adhere better. Please note that some delicate surfaces like leather, wooden material or phone skins/wrap, although SleekGrip can adhere to the surface, it might get damaged when removing SleekGrip.

SleekGrip doesn’t have any magnets so it won't affect mobile payment functions.

We've tested SleekGrip on dozens of different wireless chargers and they all work perfectly fine. However, we cannot guarantee SleekGrip will work with every wireless charger on the market. Based on our tests, wireless charging works as long as SleekGrip is installed properly with the installation tool provided, which aligns SleekGrip to the side of the phone. Also, if your phone case is thicker than 3mm, the charging capacity may be affected depending on your wireless charger’s charging distance capabilities.

Although the MagSafe charger may not completely adhere to the phone with SleekGrip installed on your phone or phone case, it does not affect the charging function. You can check out our test video here.

While SleekGrip is compatible with wireless and MagSafe chargers, SleekGrip affects the functionality of MagSafe magnetic car mount. Hence, it is not recommended to be used on such mounts.

SleekGrip does not interfere with the MagSafe function for these models. However, For iPhone 13 and the later version of iPhones, the space below the lens has become smaller. Hence, SleekGrip is highly suggested to be installed on the other side of the phone instead of below the camera lens.

Once you have received the package, please check the amount and the condition of the products. If there's anything missing or incorrect product, please drop us an email at support@sleekstrip within 7 days from receiving your package. Make sure to include your name, order number, and the date of purchase. Please also include a picture of the products you receive. Once we verify your order and our warehouse’s packing record, we will resend you the correct product / missing product without any additional cost.

Our goal is to provide the best quality products to our customers. While we are constantly looking for ways to improve our quality control, there is still a small chance that some defective products might occur during the production process. To stand behind our products, iQOOL provides a 30-day limited product warranty which is non-transferable and covers only the products sold by our official website and our authorized partners. An original copy of the sales receipt or order confirmation is required for the warranty.
Please note the limited warranty does not cover any of the following:
- Wear and tear of the product
- Product that has been improperly altered or customized individually
- Product that has been repaired by an unauthorized service provider
- Damage caused by any misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident
- Damage caused by use of the product other than for its intended purpose
- Damage to any third-party product
To report defective production for replacement or refund, please contact support@sleekstrip.com within 30 days from receiving the order (based on the shipping company’s timestamp), along with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order email
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Date of receiving the order
- Picture/video describing the product issue
Once we verify that the issue is covered under the warranty, we will send you a replacement with no additional cost.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product and want to request a refund, you can do so within 14 days from receiving the product (based on the shipping company’s timestamp). Refunds are only available if the product/packaging is in its original condition. Please contact support@sleekstrip.com within 14 days after you received the order (based on shipping company’s timestamp), along with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order email
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Date of receiving the order
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Pictures showing the condition of the product, packaging, and accessories.
Once we acknowledge the request, we will send you instructions for shipping the product back to one of our receiving ends (Vancouver, Canada or Kaohsiung, Taiwan). However, please note that:- You are responsible for the full shipping cost for returning the product
- iQOOL Inc. is not responsible for any damage / loss of the product during shipping
For any other product / order, once we receive the product, we will verify the condition of the product and then issue the refund.
