The 3M adhesive can be stuck securely onto metal, wood, rubber, and plastics including soft TPU and hard plastic like PC (polycarbonate). For glass or silicon surfaces, please apply the auxillary film included in the package before you attach SleekStrip to help it adhere better. Please note that some delicate surfaces like leather, wooden material, or phone skins/wrap, although SleekStrip can adhere to the surface, it might get damaged when removing SleekStrip.

SleekStrip doesn’t have any magnets so it won't affect mobile payment functions.

We've tested SleekStrip on dozens of different wireless chargers and they all work perfectlly fine. However, we cannot guarantee SleekStrip will work with every wireless charger on the market. Based on our tests, wireless charging works as long as SleekStrip is installed properly with the installation tool provided, which aligns SleekStrip on the side of the phone. Also, if your phone case is thicker than 3mm, the charging capacity might be affectted depending on your wireless charger’s charging distance.

Although the MagSafe charger may not connect to the phone fully flat with SleekStrip installed on your phone or phone case, it does not affect the charging function. You can check our test video here.

While we are constantly looking for ways to improve our quality control, there is still a small chance that some defective products might occur during the production process. To stand behind our products, iQOOL provides a 30-day limited product warranty which is non-transferable and covers only the products sold by our official website and our authorized partners.
