Thanks for supporting SleekStrip. We hope you love our products and become a huge fan like us and most of our customers. Inevitably there might be some less satisfying situations. NO WORRIES, WE GOT YOU! Please make sure the products you received are the right colours and correct quantities before using them. Do keep the receipt and read the policies below carefully.

Returns and Exchange

 

Our return and exchange policy provides a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods based on the record of the delivery company. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Make sure you email us at support@sleekstrip.com within 14 days and notify us of your reason to return/exchange the products. 

Once we receive your refund/exchange request, we will send you an email to notify you how to proceed to the next step. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your return product to us may vary. When shipping an item for a return/exchange, we recommend you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note iQOOL does not guarantee receiving the returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise. The shipping costs caused by return/exchange shall be taken care of by the customers.

Refunds

 

Please send your refund request at support@sleekstrip.com within 14 days and notify us of your reason for this refund. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once we receive the returned product, the amount will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill. Please note iQOOL does not guarantee the returning of the items and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

Defective or Damaged Goods

 

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must also contact us within 14 days of receiving for an exchange, please email us at support@sleekstrip.com for instructions.

Limited Warranty

 

iQOOL provides a 30-day limited product warranty which is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser, and for products purchased from authorized retailers only. An original copy of the sales receipt is required for our warranty service. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased from online auction websites.

 

Please note the limited warranty does not cover any of the following:

 

  • Wear and tear of the product.

  • Product that has been improperly altered or customized individually

  • Product that has been repaired by an unauthorized service provider

  • Damage caused by any misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident

  • Damage caused by use of the product other than for its intended purpose

  • Damage to any third-party product

 

Warranty claims must be made directly to iQOOL Design Products Inc..  Please mail the product to iQOOL Design Products Inc. / 2025 Willingdon Ave. Unit 900 Burnaby BC V5C0J3 Canada, along with the original purchase receipt and your contact name, phone number, email, and shipping address. We will inspect and determine if there is a warranted defect in the product.  If yes, we will repair the defect product or provide a replacement to you, or provide a refund to you. (Replacement products are covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period.)

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note iQOOL does not cover the return shipping and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
